A lovely weekend

We had a lovely weekend. A birthday celebration at a beautiful locale.

E enjoyed himself tremendously. He had a great time tearing the house down with his boisterous buddies. We had a great time too cos hubs and I were not the chaperones of kiddy chaos time! We were downstairs feasting, chatting, chilling out with friends, oblivious to whatever went on upstairs. Ignorance is bliss :)

Since Baby C could not be left to the devices of the three cheeky fellas in the upper room, she was in our company. Easy peasy with eager friends taking turns to entertain her.

I have a new found appreciation for babysitters. Any takers for the next couple of weekends?

Pool with a view

First dip in the pool (she loves to splash around in the bathtub at home, so I thought she'll enjoy the pool ... but no ... notice the nervous half-smile)
